The Lufthansa City Centers work with the integrated Mid and BackOffice System IBIZA. This translates as Integrated Bookkeeping, Information, Central Evaluation - which indicates the broad service spectrum of this SAP R/3-supported software.
IBIZA facilitates centralised processing, invoicing, administration and controlling of actions in the Lufthansa City Centers - and enables us to evaluate the travel process in favour of our customers.
Based on our evaluation, we can offer you a full report with which many questions can be answered, e.g.

Which is the favoured airline?
In which class do you wish to fly?
Which savings potentials were not used and why?
